Ingredients

1 large block of low-moisture mozzarella cheese

Flour (for dredging)

Egg wash (2–3 eggs, beaten)

Breadcrumbs

Juicy Jake’s Cajun Seasoning (for seasoning flour + crumbs)

Oil for deep frying

Ranch or marinara for dipping
Instructions
1️⃣ Cut the Cheese

Slice the mozzarella block into 1-inch thick sticks.

Freeze for 20–30 minutes so they stay firm while frying.
2️⃣ Season + Set Up Your Breading Station
Prepare 3 bowls:
Bowl 1 — Flour:
Season generously with Juicy Jake’s Cajun.
Bowl 2 — Egg Wash:
Beaten eggs.
Bowl 3 — Breadcrumbs:
Also seasoned with Juicy Jake’s Cajun for max flavor.
3️⃣ Bread the Mozzarella
For each cheese stick:

Coat in seasoned flour

Dip in egg wash

Roll in seasoned breadcrumbs

Repeat egg + breadcrumb for a double coat
Freeze again for 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Fry

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown and crispy, about 1–2 minutes.

Drain on a rack or paper towels.
5️⃣ Serve
Serve hot with ranch or marinara — both slap with the Cajun seasoning.
