🔥 Ingredients
For the Steak:

3 ripe avocados

1 jalapeño, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)

½ yellow onion, finely chopped

3 tablespoons fresh cilantro (or to taste)

Juice of 1 whole lime

Salt, to taste

🥩 Instructions
Marinate and Cook the Steak:

Marinate the flank steak in your favorite marinade overnight for the best flavor.

Before cooking, pat the steak dry with paper towels.

Grill over high heat until cooked to your preferred doneness (medium-rare recommended).

In a bowl, mash the avocados to your desired texture.

Mix in the tomatoes, garlic, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro.
